RoboWeekend

A student building a robot.

RoboWeekend is our educational workshop designed to reach out to the community and introduce them to the world of robotics. We hope to encourage the local youth to become interested in the fields of engineering and technology and inspire a new generation of scientists and engineers.

An MDRC member helps with the programming.

Currently, we have two workshops designed for middle-school children to learn the basics of mechanics and computer science. More detailed information about the individual RoboWeekend workshops can be found through the links in the site menu.
