This Eagle library contains a BEAGLEBOARD_EXPANSION device with the pinout for the main expansion header (J3) as well as the LCD connectors J4 and J5. The device also includes the 4 mounting holes which should be centered correctly, although their outside dimensions are liable to be slightly off.
